Gavi Mall offers a selection of fun and engaging dog toys designed to provide entertainment and enjoyable playtime for dogs.
Where does Gavi Mall ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process, followed by approximately 3–5 business days in transit.
Our estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. You can use the tracking number to follow your package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@gavimall.shop. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards and other available payment options.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us at support@gavimall.shop as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package or product if possible.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
First, check your tracking information for the latest delivery update. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
Are dog toys indestructible?
No dog toy is completely indestructible. We recommend choosing toys appropriate for your dog's size, age, and chewing habits and supervising your dog during play. Remove and replace any toy that becomes damaged.
